Reviewing and Sharing Candidate Curated Reports

This document explains how to review candidates who have applied for a specific job, access their curated pages, watch their interviews, interpret the evaluation details, download the curated report as a PDF, and share or manage the candidate record using available action buttons.

Step 1: Access Candidates for a Specific Job

Once candidates have uploaded their profiles for a particular job, open that job in your system.
Here is where you can click to view all candidates who have uploaded for this specific job.

On this page, you will see the list of candidates, including those who have taken the interview. Their status and details such as years of experience will be visible.

Step 2: View Candidate Interviews and Manage BGC

From the candidate list, you can either click directly on a candidate to view their interview, or navigate into their curated page to see more detailed information.

You can also see whether they have completed their Background Check (BGC).
If they have not completed BGC, you can initiate BGC from here.

If BGC is completed, it will show as “Verified,” along with the created date and other relevant details.

Step 3: Send Interview Reminders

If you want to remind a candidate to take the interview, use the reminder option available on the candidate list.

You can send reminders via email or WhatsApp, prompting the candidate to complete the interview.

Step 4: Open the Candidate Curated Page

To see detailed information for a specific candidate, open their curated page.

The curated page aggregates key information derived from the candidate’s CV and interview, including:

  • Total experience

  • Location

  • Expected salary

  • Availability

  • Interview score

  • CV match score

  • Overall recommendation

All of this helps you quickly understand the candidate’s suitability.

Step 5: Watch and Control the Interview Video

On the curated page, you can watch the candidate’s interview by clicking the interview play button.

Once opened, you can enlarge the video, play it, and control playback.
You can also fast‑forward the video and otherwise navigate through it as needed.

Step 6: Review Evaluation Details and Report Breakdown

After reviewing the video, scroll through the curated report on the page.

Here you can see:

  • Dimension breakdown and reasons why the candidate is considered a match

  • Skills evaluated and which ones were taken into consideration

  • Candidate ranking and recommendation

  • Application timeline: when the candidate entered the system, scheduled, and completed the Octo interview

  • Current stage and time taken to reach this decision stage

  • Verdict details: required verifications, unverified aspects, and training needs

  • Current role fit analysis: whether they fit the role and why

  • Blocking factors and supporting facts

  • Suggested alternative roles

  • Skills overview with ratings, mandatory skills heat map, and coverage against the job description (JD)

  • Verification status and key evidence for each skill, plus corresponding scores

  • Match between skills in the CV and the JD

  • Career history (projects, roles), education, and how they think and work

  • Communication and soft skills, including levels (e.g., L2 advanced), communication clarity, global readiness, and what drives the decision

You can switch between different sections such as Overview and AI Interview and scroll through to understand the full evaluation.

Step 7: Download the Curated Report as PDF

When you are ready to share a formal report, download the curated report as a PDF.
Click on the “Download PDF” option on the curated page.

In the prompt that appears, choose “Download” to save the PDF report.

This PDF can then be sent to your client as a concise summary of the candidate’s evaluation.

Step 8: Use Action Buttons to Collaborate and Share

Below or alongside the report, use the available action buttons to further manage or share the candidate:

  • Click Ask Octo to talk to Octo and get more insights about the candidate.

  • Click Initiate NUMA if you want to start a NUMA process for this candidate.

  • If you want to share the curated report (CR) link with your client, click the option to copy the CR link.

You can then paste and share this link with your client.

  • To take ownership of this candidate, click Assign to me so that the candidate is assigned to you.

  • You can also copy the client interview link from here to share the interview directly with your client.

  • To review integrity and compliance aspects, open the Proctoring Report by clicking on it.

This will show the proctoring details for the candidate’s interview.

By following these steps, you can thoroughly review a candidate’s curated page and report, manage their status, and efficiently share the necessary information with your clients.
