Phase 1: Command Center Overview

The Command Center is the central dashboard of the platform. It provides a complete overview of recruitment performance within a selected date range.

It displays key metrics such as:

  • Active JDs

  • Total Candidates

  • AI Interviews

  • Client Interviews

  • Selections

  • Onboarded

  • Median TTF (hrs)

The Date Range selector allows users to analyze performance for a specific timeframe. The Refresh button updates the dashboard with the latest system data.

The “Pre-vetted and AI Interviewed Candidates” section highlights candidates ready for immediate action.


Top Navigation Overview

The top navigation bar includes:

  • Command Center

  • Open Jobs

  • Pool

  • Pipeline

  • Clients

This navigation allows users to switch between sourcing, job tracking, funnel management, and client administration.


Phase 2: Open Jobs Page

The Open Jobs page displays all active job requirements currently in scope.

The page includes:

  • Total open positions count

  • Insights banner showing job activity in the last 30/90 days

  • Client filter chips

  • Structured job listing table

  • Add Job button

Users can monitor job activity, applications, open positions, and recruiter performance from this page.


Open Jobs Filters and Controls

The page includes:

  • Search by Job Role or Job ID

  • All Recruiters filter

  • Status filter

  • All Locations filter

  • Date Selector

  • Reset option

These filters help refine job visibility and improve tracking efficiency.


Phase 3: Pool Page

The Pool page provides a consolidated list of all candidates across job roles.

Top summary cards include:

  • Candidates

  • Interviewed

  • Submit to Client

  • Selection

  • Onboarded

An insights banner highlights candidate availability distribution (Immediate, Within 15 Days, etc.).


Pool Filters and Search

Users can search candidates using:

  • Search by Job Title

  • Search by Skills (e.g., Java, React, Python)

  • Search by Name

Additional filters include:

  • All Recruiters

  • All Statuses

  • All Availability

  • All Interviews

  • All Locations

  • Date Selector

  • Reset

The data table displays detailed attributes including:

  • Current Company

  • CV Match %

  • AI Interview %

  • Experience

  • Availability

  • Status

  • Location


Phase 4: Pipeline Page

The Pipeline page visually tracks candidate progression across hiring stages.

Stages include:

  • AI Interviewed

  • Interview with Client

  • Shortlisted

  • Selected

  • Rejected

  • No Show

  • Onboarded

Candidates can be moved across stages to update progress.


Pipeline Controls

The page includes:

  • Recruiter dropdown filter

  • Date range selector

  • Stage-wise candidate counters

  • Horizontal scroll for full funnel visibility

This ensures accurate and real-time monitoring of candidate movement.


Phase 5: Clients Page

The Clients section is used to manage client accounts and related recruitment data.

It provides metrics such as:

  • Total Clients

  • Total Client Users

  • Total Jobs

  • Total Candidates


Clients Filters and Management

Users can:

  • Search clients

  • Filter by status

  • Filter by Admin

  • Filter by TL (Team Lead)

The table includes:

  • Company Name

  • Industry

  • Service Model

  • Status

  • Ownership details


Add Client Users

To add a new client user:

  1. Navigate to Clients

  2. Open the dropdown menu

  3. Select “Add Client Users”

  4. Enter user details (Name, Role, Access Permissions)

  5. Submit

The user will be successfully onboarded.


Download and Notification Features

  • The Download icon allows exporting dashboard data.

  • The Notification bell displays alerts and system updates.

  • The Profile icon provides account access controls.
