Uploading Candidate CVs to an Assigned Job
This document explains how to upload candidate CVs in bulk to a specific job that has been assigned to you, and how to verify that the upload was successful by reviewing the job’s application details.
Step 1: Locate the Assigned Job Under Open Jobs
Once a job has been assigned to you, navigate to the Open Jobs section. Here, you will see the list of jobs currently assigned to you. Select the specific job for which you want to upload CVs.
Step 2: Use the Upload Action Button
Within the selected job, locate the action button that allows you to upload CVs.
Click this upload button to begin the CV upload process.
Step 3: Open the CVs Upload Section
After clicking the upload action button, select the CVs option to proceed to the upload interface.
This will open the file selection window where you can choose candidate CV files from your computer.
Step 4: Select a Batch of CV Files
In the file selection window, choose the CV files you want to upload.
You can select a batch of up to 10 CVs at once for upload.
After selecting the files, click Open to confirm your selection and proceed with uploading.
Step 5: Assign a Recruiter for the Uploaded CVs
Once the CVs are selected, you must assign them to a recruiter.
Choose a specific recruiter from the list, or allow the assignment to happen automatically via Round Robin, depending on your process.
Confirm the upload so the CVs are attached to this particular job requirement.
Step 6: Complete the Upload and Note Batch Limits
The system will now upload the selected CVs against the chosen requirement.
Remember, you can upload a maximum of 10 CVs per batch. Once the upload is complete, each candidate will be linked to the job, and you will receive an email notification confirming that the CVs have been successfully uploaded into the system.
Step 7: Verify Uploaded Applications and Job Details
After uploading, go to the Applications section for that job to verify the results. Here you can see metrics such as 15/40, indicating that 15 candidates have taken the interview out of 40 who have applied for this role. You can also review key job details, including CTC, open positions, client, and other relevant information associated with the job.
