Hotwire is a smart matching dashboard that shows interviewed candidates along with their best job matches based on AI-driven fit across skills, experience, location, and compensation.
It helps recruiters quickly identify high-quality candidates and reduce manual screening time.
Step 1: Access the Hotwire Dashboard
After login, you land on the Hotwire dashboard displaying interviewed candidates with precomputed JD matches. (https://hotwire.welocity.ai/login)

Step 2: Use the Smart Search
The search bar allows searching across both candidate and JD data in one place.
It supports advanced operators like AND, OR, and NOT for precise filtering (e.g., “Java AND Microservices NOT Intern”).

Step 3: Use Preset SKUs (Quick Hiring Searches)
Preset SKUs provide one-click searches for common hiring needs like MERN, .NET, Springboot, etc.
