Overview

The 100 Mins option is an urgent hiring feature available on the Open Jobs page that enables recruiters to fast-track sourcing and submission for a specific Job Description (JD) within a 100-minute time window.

This timer works per JD, meaning it applies only to the selected job role and not to the entire hiring pipeline.

Where to Find the 100 Mins Option

Navigate to:
Open Jobs → JD Row → 100 Mins Column (Timer/Toggle)

You will see the timer displayed as “Remaining: XX:XX” once activated.

When to Use the 100 Mins Option

Use this mode when:

  • The client requires candidates urgently

  • The role has high priority or strict TAT

  • Immediate shortlisting or submissions are needed

  • The JD is marked for rapid hiring

How the 100 Mins Mode Works

Step 1: Go to Open Jobs

Log in to the Welocity portal and click on the Open Jobs tab from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Identify the Relevant JD

Locate the required job under the Company & Role list where urgent hiring is needed.

Step 3: Activate the 100 Mins Timer

In the 100 Mins column for that JD, enable the timer/toggle.
Once activated, the system will show a countdown (e.g., Remaining: 99:36).

Step 4: Source and Submit Candidates During the Timer

During the active 100-minute window, recruiters should focus on:

  • High CV Match % candidates

  • Interview-ready profiles

  • Immediately available candidates

  • Role-relevant shortlists

Special System Behavior (Important)

  • The 100 Mins timer is JD-specific (one timer per job).

  • Candidates with JD/CV Match ≥ 65% are surfaced for faster internal review.

  • No automated emails are triggered under the 100 Mins workflow.

  • Candidates are not auto-selected by the system.

  • Manual screening, status update, and submission are still required by the recruiter.

Completion Logic

  • If a candidate is selected under that specific JD, the hiring cycle for that JD is considered fulfilled.

  • Once the JD requirement is met, the 100 Mins workflow for that job is automatically closed.

  • If multiple candidates are required, the workflow behavior may continue based on the number of open positions (feature updates may apply).

Important Notes

  • 100 Mins is designed only for urgent and high-priority hiring.

  • It does not replace the standard recruitment workflow.

  • It accelerates shortlisting and submission speed while keeping recruiter control intact.

  • Candidate quality and relevance must still be verified before submitting to the client.

In simple operational terms:
100 Mins = A time-bound sprint mode for one JD, visible on the Open Jobs page, used to accelerate sourcing without triggering automated emails or auto-selection.
