Overview

The Curated Report is an AI-generated analysis of a candidate’s AI interview conducted by Octo.

It provides a structured summary of the candidate’s performance, interview responses, CV match, and overall evaluation to help clients make faster and more informed hiring decisions.

Steps to Access the Curated Report

1. Log in to the Client Portal

Open the client portal and sign in using your credentials:

https://portal.welocity.ai/

Once logged in, you will land on the Command Center dashboard.

2. Go to the Candidates Tab

From the top navigation bar, click on the Candidates tab to view the list of candidates associated with your jobs.

3. Search and Select the Candidate

Use the search bar or filters to locate the required candidate.

Filters may include:

• Recruiter

• Status

• Availability

• Interviews

• Location

Candidates who have completed the AI interview can be identified using the Video tag or AI Interview indicators.

4. Open the Candidate Profile

Click on the candidate’s name from the list to open the detailed candidate profile.

This page displays the candidate’s:

• CV details

• AI interview information

• Match score

• Evaluation insights

5. Ensure the Candidate Has Completed the AI Interview

Curated Reports are only available for candidates who have completed the Octo AI interview.

Verify that:

• The candidate has an AI Interview status

• The interview data has been processed

6. Download the Curated Report

On the candidate profile page, click the PDF button available in the top action bar.

The PDF contains the AI-curated report generated from the Octo interview and candidate analysis.

Alternative Access (If Interview Tabs Are Used)

You can also review candidate insights through:

• Interview Tab

• Recommendation Tab

These sections provide AI insights before downloading the full report.

Report Delivery

Once generated:

• The curated report is instantly downloaded as a PDF file

• It may also be shared via the registered email if email delivery is enabled

Important Notes

• The PDF / Curated Report option appears only after the AI interview is completed and processed.

• If the candidate has not completed the AI interview, the PDF report will not be generated.

• The report includes interview insights, AI score, CV match, and evaluation summary in a single downloadable format.
