How to Compare Candidates for a Job

Overview
The Compare feature allows clients to evaluate multiple candidates side-by-side for a specific job requirement.
This tool helps in:
Faster decision-making
Objective comparison of shortlisted candidates
Reviewing AI insights and performance together
Identifying the best-fit profile efficiently
You can compare up to 4 candidates at a time for a selected job.
Steps to Compare Candidates
1. Log in to the Client Portal
Open the portal:
Sign in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Compare Tab
From the top navigation bar, click on Compare.
You will be redirected to the Compare page.
3. Search for a Job
At the top of the page, use the search bar:
“Search by Job ID or Job title…”
Enter either:
Job ID
Job Title
Select the required job from the dropdown results.
Once selected, the system will load the associated candidates.
4. Select Candidates to Compare
After the candidates are loaded:
Select up to 4 candidates
Click on the Compare button
The system will open a side-by-side comparison view.
What You Can Compare
The comparison view allows you to evaluate candidates based on:
Experience
Skills
CV Match %
AI Interview Score
Interview insights
Overall evaluation
This structured layout ensures clear visibility into strengths and differences between candidates.
Important Notes
A job must be selected before candidates can be compared.
You can compare a maximum of 4 candidates at once.
Only candidates associated with the selected job will be available for comparison.
Best Practice
Use the Compare feature after shortlisting candidates or reviewing AI interview insights. It helps eliminate bias and supports more structured hiring decisions.
