Phase 1: Landing Page (Command Center Overview)
The Command Center serves as the client’s main dashboard in the Welocity Client Portal. It provides a high-level snapshot of recruitment performance for all active job requirements, including:
Active JDs
Candidates in process
AI Interviews completed
Client interview progress
Selections and onboarded candidates
Clients can filter the view by date range to analyze performance over time.

Top Navigation Overview
The top navigation bar helps clients quickly move between key sections of the portal, such as:
Command Center
Open Jobs
Candidates
Pipeline
Compare
Add Jobs (if enabled for the client)
This navigation panel remains persistent and enables seamless switching across operational modules.
Command Center – Key Controls
The Command Center provides a dashboard-style summary of hiring activity.
Clients can:
View metrics such as number of candidates, interviews, and selections
Use the Date Range Filter to slice performance data
Click Refresh to update metrics to the latest data
Understand high-level progress without needing detailed pages
This provides a real-time pulse on hiring progress.
Phase 2: Open Jobs Page
The Open Jobs page displays all active job requirements associated with your account.
Clients can:
See job titles, recruiters assigned, job status, applications received
Filter jobs using Job Title, Job ID, Location, Recruiter, or Status
Monitor job activity and open positions from a consolidated view
This helps clients track role-wise hiring progress efficiently.
Open Jobs Filters and Table
Clients can use the search bar to find specific job titles or job IDs.
Additional filters such as Recruiters, Status, and Locations help refine job listings.
The table view includes important columns like:
Activity
Applications
CTC
Open Positions
Job Progress Indicators
This makes it easy to assess job performance at a glance.
Phase 3: Candidates Page
The Candidates page gives clients a complete list of all candidates submitted against their job requirements.
This page features pipeline cards (e.g., Candidates, Interviewed, Submitted to Client, Selection, Onboarded) that show counts for quick status tracking.
Clients can:
Search candidates by name
Filter by recruiter, status, availability, interview, and location
View details like CV Match %, AI Score, Experience, and current company
This helps clients efficiently review all candidate profiles.
Candidate Profile and AI Video Interview Section
Clients can click on any candidate name to open the detailed profile.
The candidate profile shows:
Profile information and experience
CV match score and AI interview score
Interview video (if completed)
AI Interview Analysis and insights
Clients can watch the AI interview directly from the profile or via the Video icon on the candidate list.
This helps clients assess candidate communication, technical understanding, and overall fit.
Phase 4: Pipeline Page
The Pipeline page provides a visual view of candidate progression through stages such as:
AI Interviewed
Interview with Client
Shortlisted
Selected
Rejected
Onboarded
Clients can drag and drop candidates across stages to update progress.
The date filter helps clients view pipeline data over specific time periods to track trends.
Phase 5: Compare Candidates Feature
The Compare section allows clients to compare candidates side-by-side based on selected criteria.
Clients can:
Search by Job ID or Job title
Load candidates associated with the job
Select up to the required number of candidates for comparison
This feature helps in evaluating candidate strengths to make faster shortlisting decisions.
Phase 6: Add Jobs (If Enabled for Clients)
Some client accounts have access to the Add Jobs feature, which allows them to create new job requisitions directly in the portal.
Clients can use the AI assistant (Octo) to:
Enter job title and JD details
Generate structured job descriptions
Save and submit jobs to the recruitment team
This makes job creation fast and intuitive.
Session & Security Behavior
For security, the portal will automatically log out idle sessions.
If your session expires due to inactivity, you will be redirected to the sign-in page and will need to log in again.
Example message:
“While you were away! Your session became inactive. Please sign in again to continue.”
Notifications and User Controls
The Notification Bell displays system alerts, interview updates, and candidate activity notifications.
The Profile Icon allows clients to manage account settings and preferences.
