Overview

The Candidate Analysis section provides AI-generated insights about a candidate’s profile, interview performance, and overall suitability. These insights help recruiters make faster and more data-driven decisions.

Steps to Access Candidate Analysis

Step 1: Go to the Candidates Tab

Log in to the Welocity portal and click on the Candidates tab from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Find the Candidates

Use the search bar and available filters such as:

• Recruiters

• Status

• Availability

• Interviews

  Locate the required candidate from the list view.

Step 3: Open the Candidate Profile

Click on the candidate’s name to open the detailed candidate profile page.

Step 4: Scroll to the Candidate Analysis Section

Within the profile, scroll down to the Candidate Analysis area where AI-generated insights are displayed alongside interview and profile data.

What You Can View in Candidate Analysis

Project Analysis

Provides an evaluation of the candidate’s past projects with AI-generated scores and explanations based on relevance and impact.

Industry Context

Shows how the candidate’s experience aligns with industry expectations and role requirements, along with a contextual match score.

Education Snapshot

Displays a structured overview of the candidate’s academic background, including:

• Schooling details

• Higher education

• Certifications and additional qualifications

Using Ask Octo for Deeper Insights

For additional analysis and role-specific comparisons:

• Click on the Ask Octo option available on the candidate profile

• Enter your query (e.g., candidate fit, skill comparison, role suitability)

• Octo will generate an AI-driven response based on the candidate’s data and interview insights

Note

Candidate Analysis is available only after the candidate profile and AI interview data are processed in the system.
