This article explains the step-by-step process to upload CVs in the updated version of the Welocity portal using the Open Jobs dashboard.

Prerequisites
Active Welocity account access
CV file in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format
Job role already created and visible in Open Jobs
Step-by-Step Process to Upload CV
Step 1: Login to Welocity Portal
Open the portal: https://go.welocity.ai/open-jobs
Enter your login credentials.
Navigate to the Open Jobs section from the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Locate the Job Role
On the Open Jobs dashboard, search using the job name or Job ID.
Use filters like Client, Recruiter, or Status if needed.
Click on the relevant job row.
Step 3: Click on the CV Upload Option
In the job row, go to the Action column.
Click on the βCVβ button/icon.
This will open the CV upload interface.
Step 4: Upload the CV
Drag and drop the CV file or click to browse from your system.
Select the correct file.
Confirm the upload.
Step 5: Verify CV Parsing & Visibility
The uploaded CV will reflect under Applications or Candidate Pipeline.
Candidate details may be auto-parsed by the system.
Ensure the profile information is accurate after upload.

Upload clear and properly formatted resumes for better parsing
Avoid scanned or image-only resumes
Ensure the CV matches the selected job role for accurate tracking
